Zagreb is the city where I spent my student days, the city where I discovered jazz and gave my first performances, a city that I love and that, I hope, loves me… I have performed there many times over the past twenty years. Therefore, I am especially glad that this concert, which marked 20 years of discography and the tenth original CD, took place in the hall of the Zagreb Youth Theatre, which is especially dear to me.
I am happy that the hall was packed with a wonderful audience at the concert and that an atmosphere of unreserved giving, play and love was created between us musicians and the audience. Such wonderful moments are exactly why I do music, I always hope for them before a concert and for me they make life worth living.
